We offer Vinyasa Yoga style – more energetic, engaging muscles and strengthening body & Yin Yoga style- focused on connective tissues and more relaxing yet still stimulating and bringing healing to different organs in our body.
Both styles are available to everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.

 

Kirtan is a practice from India and in short words is a meditation through singing and repeating holy names of gods and goddesses as a form of prayer. In our kirtan we also sing songs from different traditions, but all of them are uplifting and expressing gratitude for life. Kirtan is very joyful event when we feel connected to ourselves,
our voice and other participants. You don’t need to be a singer; it is not a concert. Is more about opening up and expressing our joy of being who we are and our gratitude for all the gifts we receive.

The frequency of sound is used by human beings for thousands of years in purpose to balance, calm and heal. Sound Bath is a continuation of these practices. With use of special instruments that elevate your vibration you will have opportunity to deeply relax your body and your mind. Just as a typical bath involves a person immersing themselves in water, a sound bath attempts to immerse a person in sound, so they feel enveloped in it. In most cases, the bath involves singing bowls, gongs, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
